What We Do
From the conventional Topographical, GPS and Level Surveys to the more contractor focused Volume Calculations, As-Builts and Monitoring Surveys, Lansdowne Surveys are able to offer clients of all sizes the answers they need to successfully complete their project.
Knowing that the quality of an initial survey will have implications throughout the life of a project, Lansdowne Surveys offer a professional and personal service.
Surveying
Using the very latest generation of Leica Total Stations and GPS systems, all disciplines of survey are completed swiftly and accurately. The resulting surveys are then sent onto the client via email in dwg, dxf and pdf format. Hard copies can also be provided.
All Engineers/Surveyors are equipped with a networked laptop running Leica Geo Office, Carlson Survey and AutoCAD, to accompany their Leica TS/GPS. This ‘mobile office’ enables the Engineer/Surveyor to provide the client with answers quickly, often jobs are processed on site the very same day.
Point Cloud Surveys
Lansdowne Surveys Limited is proud to announce the launch of our new point cloud survey service using the cutting-edge Leica BLK360 scanner. This powerful technology allows us to capture highly accurate and detailed data to produce floorplans, sections, and elevations with exceptional precision and efficiency.

From rapid data capture to seamless integration into CAD and BIM workflows, this is the future of survey innovation.
Thanks to its small size and portability, the BLK360 can be deployed in confined or hard-to-reach spaces, enabling us to safely survey areas that may be difficult or unsafe for personnel to access.
