  • Financial and invoice records — 7 years, as required by HMRC.

  • Enquiry and quotation records where no instruction was received — 2 years.

  • Website analytics data — 26 months.

  • Marketing consent records — retained until consent is withdrawn.

Once the applicable retention period has expired, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
