The Halo Building is a prominent office development located in Bristol's Finzels Reach area. Constructed by Willmott Dixon and completed in 2022, it offers 116,133 sq ft of Grade A office space across seven floors. Designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability, Halo achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification, making it one of the UK's most environmentally advanced office buildings.
Key features of the Halo Building include:
Sustainable Design: Halo incorporates various eco-friendly initiatives, such as connection to Bristol's district heating network and energy generation from descending lifts, resulting in a 35% reduction in energy consumption and a 47% decrease in carbon emissions compared to standard buildings.
Modern Amenities: The building boasts a double-height reception, a full-height central atrium with a helical staircase, advanced smart technology systems, and a rooftop drone landing pad.
Occupancy: Major tenants include international law firm Osborne Clarke and Deloitte, both of which have committed significant office space within Halo.
