Main contractor Interserve are currently constructing a Sainsbury's supermarket, student accommodation block and several retail warehouse units in Selly Oak Birmingham.

Lansdowne are undertaking the setting-out of the piles for client Cementation Skanska. Three rigs are currently installing the CFA piles. Lansdowne duties include generating pile co-ordinates from design drawings, setting-out, levelling cages and finally producing as-builts and red line drawings.
