Steepleton Village, Tetbury

Steepleton Village in Tetbury is a residential development of 114 new build high quality apartments set across nine separate blocks. Originally a factory site (since demolished), the development borders a mixture of garages, affordable housing, an industrial estate and high-end residential housing.

Contractor Speller Metcalfe has instructed our client (a leading architectural steel contractor) to design, manafacture and install all handrails, ballastrades and balconies.

Lansdowne's role on this high quality development is to survey existing slabs, walkways, stairways and facades where steel is to be installed.
