Lansdowne Surveys Limited is currently engaged by City & Country to provide surveying and setting out services at the Bath Press development in Bath. The project is the regeneration of a historic brownfield site, transforming the former printing works into a high-quality residential scheme combining new-build construction with the retention of heritage elements within a constrained urban setting.
Key ongoing responsibilities include: establishment and maintenance of site control and primary control stations; setting out of gridlines and datums; high-precision setting out for infrastructure and structural elements; detailed as-built surveys; volume calculations for earthworks tracking and commercial reporting; and continuous monitoring within specified tolerances.
