a typical one day topo survey

Trees with TPO’s...

Our client Katem Properties required a Topographical Survey (part of a feasibility study) of a property in Bristol. The survey field work was completed in a day, then processed and emailed to the client the next.

The survey extents were the neighbouring property wall/fence lines to the east, west and south of the site, and the road - Stoke Park Rd, to the north. Of particular interest were two trees - a Redwood in the front garden and a Cedar in the garden to the rear, both of which are covered by TPO’s.

The ridge and eave heights of the existing building were observed and recorded, along with the heights of the neighbouring buildings; as these were all crucial to the proposed planning application.
